feature I | first road trip with the porsche 944.

part II — photo report: road trip impressions with an Alfa Romeo Spider and a Porsche 944 S.

from the beginning we said that through this website we want to create a curation of things that bring us joy. that’s where authentic storytelling originates from for us. we also want to experiment with how we tell stories. sometimes pictures maybe do say more than words.

in our first story about the Porsche 944, we said that we cannot wait for the next sunny day to take the car out and continue its story. this second part of our 944 feature does just that.

we start with an open road. cars are meant to be driven. that’s where the fun is. it is an additional benefit that this takes you to new places that you might not have found otherwise. let’s see where this road leads.

meeting point.

following windy country roads.

rivers always make for a great backdrop. the cars don’t look bad either.

not everything has to be about the cars. quick snap of my vintage Longines 6B/159.

finally time to put up the pop-up headlights. one of my favorite features on our 944.

making good use of that last bit of afternoon sunlight.

getting to the hotel for that night later than planned.

heading back home. a few more kilometers on the clock and new memories made. the story continues.
